Using Phoenix ToDo

These terms apply to your use of Phoenix ToDo, an online directory and community guide for Phoenix and the Valley of the Sun. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Directory and editorial information

Listings, articles, event information, ratings, and recommendations are provided for general discovery. Information may change or contain errors. Confirm prices, hours, availability, accessibility, qualifications, and other important details directly with the relevant provider. A listing or featured position is not a guarantee or certification.

Your use of the site

You may browse the site and share links to its public pages. Do not submit misleading information, impersonate a business or another person, send spam or unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation. Do not use contact details published here to harass people or send unsolicited bulk messages.

Submissions and listing updates

Submit only information and images you have the right to provide. By submitting material for a listing, event, or publication, you permit Phoenix ToDo to review, edit for presentation, and display that material for the purpose of the submission. You retain any ownership rights you hold. Private contact messages are not submissions for publication unless you ask us to publish them.

We may verify a claimant’s connection to a business and review requested updates before publication. Keep listing-access links private. We may decline, correct, or remove submitted content where appropriate; submitting information does not guarantee inclusion or a particular placement.

Content ownership

Phoenix ToDo branding and original content belong to their respective rights holders. Other business names, logos, photographs, and quoted material remain the property of their owners. Except as permitted by law or written permission, do not reproduce or republish protected content. Contact us about reuse or a rights concern.

Third-party businesses and transactions

External businesses and organizers are responsible for their own offers, bookings, payments, cancellations, and services. Any transaction you enter into with them is governed by their terms. Phoenix ToDo is not a party to that transaction simply because a link or listing appears here. Separate terms may apply to any service you specifically purchase from us.

Availability and responsibility
