Phoenix ToDo is an online directory and community guide created to help residents and visitors discover Phoenix and the Valley of the Sun. We’re building a place for local businesses, community happenings, dining, arts, outdoor experiences, and neighborhood discoveries.

Is Phoenix ToDo free to browse?

Yes. You can explore our public directory and published guides without a browsing fee. Businesses, venues, and organizers set their own prices for services, admission, and bookings.

How do I find a local business?

Visit Explore the Valley and search by name or keyword. Use the available neighborhood, category, and featured filters to narrow the results. Open a profile to see its details and available contact links. Our directory is growing, so some searches may not have results yet.

Where can I find events and local stories?

Our events page includes search, category, and date filters, and our blog is the home for published stories and guides. These sections are being developed; an empty page means there is no published content matching your search yet.

Can I suggest a business, event, or story?

Yes. Use our contact form or email hello@phoenixtodo.com. For a business, include its name, location, website, and a short description. For an event, include the dates, venue, organizer’s link, and admission details. Suggestions are considered for relevance and do not guarantee publication.

How do I update or claim my business listing?

Open your profile and select “Claim this listing” when available. Enter the email address already associated with the listing to request a secure access link. Follow that link to review your details and submit changes for review. If the email is outdated, the claim option is missing, or you need help, contact us with your listing URL and proposed corrections.

Does a featured listing guarantee quality?

No. Featured placement highlights a business; it is not a guarantee of quality, credentials, availability, or results. Review the profile and any accompanying commercial disclosure, then confirm important details directly with the business.

Can I book or buy through Phoenix ToDo?

Use the contact and website links offered in each listing. Where a link takes you to another provider, that provider handles its own booking, payment, cancellation, and service terms. Check those details before committing.

How can my business discuss promotion or other services?

Contact us with your business name, website, and what you want to achieve. We can discuss relevant opportunities separately from routine listing corrections.

How do I report an error or ask a privacy question?
